Wine app

One-liner: Mobile app for wine — Home / Search / Library tab structure (Spotify-style pattern), themed around wine instead of music.

Origin: Found in an old xoau/luca repo (React Native, 2021) — prototype only, never went past tutorial/boilerplate scaffolding.

Evidence from code:

• 3-tab bottom nav: Home (heart icon), Search (bottle-wine icon), Library (glass-wine icon)
• Custom purple/wine color palette (hand-picked via Paletton)
• Sibling repos (gusto frontend scaffold, alegra Node.js backend scaffold) existed alongside it but were never implemented — likely intended as a web counterpart
• A memo repo recorded a stack decision: React (web) + Node.js (API) + MySQL

Open question: Was this meant to differentiate from existing players (e.g. Vivino) or was it purely a learning exercise in React Native? Original intent wasn’t documented anywhere — worth deciding before treating it as a real idea to revisit.
